Fall is one of my favorite times for engagement photos in New York. The weather is cooler, the city starts to change, and it is such a good time to walk around together without dealing with the summer heat. Whether you want fall colors in Central Park or more of a city feel in your favorite neighborhood, there are so many ways to plan a fall engagement session that feels like you.

From there, add in anything else with a firm start time, like transportation, cocktail hour, dinner, sunset, or the end of your venue rental. Once those pieces are in place, it becomes much easier to build the rest of the photography timeline around them.
