Maternity Session at Home with NYC Family Photographer

There is nothing I love more than celebrating milestones with my couples. I’ve had the honor of photographing Gracie and Mitch before - at their wedding. And now, we’re celebrating them becoming parents! We planned a gorgeous and simple maternity session at home as they awaited the arrival of their son. There’s nothing more exciting to me than these moments and I was so happy they asked me to document this milestone! 

Gracie and Mitch wanted to keep things simple for their maternity portraits. Gracie showed off her beautiful baby bump in a casual look that Mitch mirrored. I personally love how stylish jeans and a simple white bra can look. These images are timeless and relaxed, which is what every mama needs during a pregnancy! Since we were at home, we made sure to document the little details of the nursery they’ve worked so hard on for their baby. Gracie and Mitch even got to include their Great Dane, Vinny, in some of their photos! 

I love getting to document couples at home, where they feel most comfortable and where they’ll bring so many first memories with their baby. To me, it just feels so special and I love knowing that this moment will forever be frozen in time for this beautiful family!
