Maternity Portraits in Fort Stamford Park with Greenwich Family Photographer
Stephanie and Scott’s session was the perfect blend of classic studio portraits and golden hour magic at Fort Stamford Park. We started with a few timeless looks in the studio. It was the perfect time to capture more clean and minimalist portraits of Stephanie and her sweet bump.
Afterwards, we moved outdoors to capture the warm, glowing light that late afternoon at Fort Stamford Park always delivers! Fort Stamford’s open fields and gorgeous gardens gave us the perfect location for documenting this exciting new chapter in Stephanie and Scott’s lives. I could feel the excitement between these new parents as we worked together!
For their session, Stephanie brought the sweetest detail: a tiny pair of baby shoes for their announcement, adding a sentimental touch to the session. We paired them with the sweetest pastel flowers to create some timeless images capturing this special time in their lives. As a Greenwich and Westchester family photographer, it’s always an honor to be invited into these early milestones, and I’m already looking forward to capturing the memories to come as their family grows.
Fall is one of my favorite times for engagement photos in New York. The weather is cooler, the city starts to change, and it is such a good time to walk around together without dealing with the summer heat. Whether you want fall colors in Central Park or more of a city feel in your favorite neighborhood, there are so many ways to plan a fall engagement session that feels like you.
