London Anniversary Session with Iconic Views
As a NYC-based wedding and portrait photographer, I’ve been lucky enough to travel all over capturing couples in places that are meaningful to them. For Elaine and Daniel, their anniversary session took us to London, specifically, the heart of the city near Westminster Bridge, with views of Big Ben, the London Eye, and the Palace of Westminster.
Elaine and Daniel were visiting London to see Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, and wanted to celebrate their anniversary with portraits. We timed our shoot to take full advantage of golden hour, and it did not disappoint. The way the light bounced off the River Thames and wrapped around them as we wandered near the bridge was pure magic. There’s something so romantic about photographing couples in cities with deep history. The architecture and vibes are always amazing!
I’ve photographed Elaine and Daniel in several different destinations over the years, and every session feels like a new adventure with old friends. Thank you for trusting me to capture this special season for you!
Fall is one of my favorite times for engagement photos in New York. The weather is cooler, the city starts to change, and it is such a good time to walk around together without dealing with the summer heat. Whether you want fall colors in Central Park or more of a city feel in your favorite neighborhood, there are so many ways to plan a fall engagement session that feels like you.
