Greenpoint Waterfront Engagement Session in Brooklyn NY
Erin and Vincent are engaged! To celebrate their engagement, we planned a chic and stylish engagement session in Brooklyn along the Greenpoint Waterfront. I’m obsessed with the mood and style of Erin and Vincent’s portraits. They were amazing and truly up for anything - including some playful photos we snapped at sunset.
I met up with Erin and Vincent by their apartment in Brooklyn to start our session. We took a stroll around their neighborhood! This is one of my favorite ways to get those classic “city” portraits for my NYC couples. I was able to capture Erin and Vincent with the architecture of Brooklyn they love behind them, along with the streets they walk every day. Erin chose to wear a sleek suit from Revolve for their session and I think it was such a fun look!
The rest of our session was just a short walk away at the Greenpoint Waterfront Park. Erin, Vincent and I arrived around sunset, so the light was starting to change. We had the most beautiful glowing light to light up the skyline. Erin and Vincent decided to pop open a bottle of champagne that they were gifted at their engagement party - which I think is so fun and super meaningful to them. They threw on their sunglasses and enjoyed a toast to their future together.

Fall is one of my favorite times for engagement photos in New York. The weather is cooler, the city starts to change, and it is such a good time to walk around together without dealing with the summer heat.
