Scent is the strongest sense tied to memory. I always love seeing what perfumes my brides are wearing. I change my perfume when there new phases in my life. These perfumes can bring me back to different memories and remind me of what I was feeling during that time of life. I just recently got some new @lelabo scents that I've been loving!

Let’s talk about sunrise sessions! I know it’s painful for some people to think about getting up that early, but the benefits are so incredible!!

One of my favorite things about a sunrise session is that it looks like you have New York to yourself. Plus, when it’s warm you’re done before it gets too humid.

And you have a full day ahead of you. Let’s face it: You want to maximize that full hair and makeup you just did! 💁🏼‍♀️

My favorite thing lately is flying. 😁

It’s pretty much a perfect way to spend 3-4 hours. There are great movies I haven’t gotten the chance to see, people bring me drinks and I love the feeling of turning my phone on airplane mode for a for a tiny break! Do you love or dread flying?

Want to know a little secret? This year I’ve really been focused on overcoming perfectionism. It’s often been a debilitating part of my process.

Sometimes I don’t end up doing things at all because they don’t meet my standards. If something isn’t perfect, I don’t feel like sharing it or sometimes even doing it.

But I’m trying to remember that done is better than perfect and to give myself grace as I grow.
